FlockCal collects information needed to provide shared calendars and planning features, including account details, events, circles, invitations, checklists, preferences, and support messages. With permission, the app may access contacts, calendars, notifications, and location to help you invite people, synchronize plans, show local weather, estimate travel time, and deliver alerts.
We use information to operate, secure, personalize, and support FlockCal; process subscriptions; authenticate accounts; synchronize and share information at your direction; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.
Information may be processed by providers supporting authentication, cloud hosting, maps and routes, weather, notifications, and subscription processing. Event and circle information is shared only with people you invite or according to the privacy controls you select.
Data is encrypted in transit. We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
You can control optional permissions in device settings. You can permanently delete your account in FlockCal under Settings → Delete account, or follow the instructions on our account deletion page.
